Centaur Product Showcase
April 22, 2009

For those of you who are not aware, our corporate office is in Santa Barbara.  Over the last week or so we have experienced horrendous wild fires in the hills above our town.  These fires consumed close to 9,000 acres, destroyed 80 homes, and displaced thousands of people.  Things were really tense for everyone within the community.  But there was a strength that was reflected in the attitudes of the people.  If you want things to get better, you have to get better.  And they did.  Displaced people were being welcomed into the homes of those not displaced.  Schools took in those that had no place to go.  Firefighters worked around the clock.  It’s never over until you say it’s over, and the firefighters were not backing down.  The power to hold on in spite of everything, to endure, that is the quality of a winner.  And please know, our firefighters are WINNERS!
