Answer: Centaur is not in the finance business, but we certainly can make some suggestions and point you in the right direction. Leasing is a very attractive option for those that want to protect their capital. In the past, flooring was not a popular product for leasing companies. However, in the last few years, some leasing companies have recognized the opportunities that are available with flooring. Every facility needs flooring, and usually a lot of it. The flooring can be leased separately or rolled into a larger package that includes equipment, computers, etc. The club owner can keep his cash for working capital and budget for his monthly lease payment.
