January 28, 2010
I read recently an excerpt from a speech by Napoleon Hill where he discussed Thomas Edison. Edison failed over 10,000 times before he perfected the incandescent electric light bulb. His persistence and perseverance helped him to overcome the obstacles that he encountered. Others may have quit after only a few failures, but Edison viewed each unsuccessful experiment as a positive step forward.
Edison was confident of his direction, and knew that his "mistakes" where learning experiences. We can all learn from Edison. No challenge is too great. A positive attitude with a consistent game plan will insure your success.
