I attended a lecture last night that featured David Horowitz.   David is a business owner, author, political commentator and lecturer.   He is a former leftist that is spending the second half of his life atoning for the first half (his words).   The political content of his presentation is not pertinent to this writing but one of his statements is worth considering. When asked what one of the major differences was between the Left and Right, he said "passion".   The Left is passionate about their movement and hence their ability to influence. Passion, desire, drive, emotion ...attributes of a winner.   Whether we're discussing business, sports, interpersonal relations, or just daily living, passion increases our chances of success.   Life just gets better with a little passion.
